Is there such thing as a hermaphrodite chicken?

Im talking about a roo that lays eggs, yes it sounds dumb but if any living thing can be a hermaphrodite then why is there no egg laying roo?

Bonus if you can tell me how a herm roo can fertilize its own eggs

They are considered infertile and definately cannot fertilize their own eggs. They are incredably, incredably incredibly rarw

Also dont think theyre even capible of laying. Think they're pretty much useless honestly
