Is this a 55 flowery or a cream crested legbar?

I am having trouble identifying some of my new chicks from a breeder in Eugene. This one looks very similar to our cream crested legbar, although I am not seeing a defined crest on this one. The breeder and I are both trying to figure this out. Compare her to the next photo where she is on the right and our confirmed cream crested legbar is on the left. Could she be a 55 Flowery?

Does the breeder have 55s and hatched 55s in that batch of chicks?
55s and CCL chicks look very simular at hatch but that one looks more CCL to me.
Not all CCL start out with very noticeable crests.

The breeder does indeed have hatched 55 flowerys. I ordered one of each not realizing they would look so similar! I feel like they could have put in an extra CCL unknowingly because the two are the same size, maybe a few days older than the rest of the chicks. They got their flght feathers in first and are generally bigger than the other 11 chicks I ordered (all as "day olds").

That looks a lot like a 55 Flowery pullet. I have a couple 55 hens and I remember them looking just like that.
