Is this a Brahma rooster?

Meatball was the only egg to hatch from a mixed batch of eggs off Ebay. I've not owned a rooster before but looking at photos of Brahmas, which I think she/he is, now I think rooster. The only thing that gives me pause is the pea comb with only one row, not three.

Easter egger! Really, with feathered feet? That'd be great! The other chicks I bought to keep him company are as well.
I've got mostly barnyard mixes in my existing flock, so not very used to IDing breeds.

Yes, Easter Eggers are a mixed breed so some can have feathered feet.

Easter Egger has become a broad term for any bird that may have the blue egg gene somewhere in their past.
Throw in a bird with a beard and Easter Egger really sounds fitting.
I can't see enough of the red bird to see if it has any saddle feathers but the darker red on the shoulders really hints towards it being a cockerel too.

I had a black wyandotte once. I kept the chicken because I though it was a boy, and didn't want to stick someone with a rooster. Then she laid an egg. Up until that point though, I though for sure she was a boy. What is a hen?
