Is this a Buff Orpington?

So, I got both of these chicks on the same day from the same batch of Buff Orpingtons at Family Farm and Home. One looks like all the Buff Orpingtons I have seen online and one looks kinda strange. She is small, her tail turns down like a duck, she has yellow legs and her neck is really short. Her head shape is quite different too. Is this a different breed that got mixed in with the Buff Orpingtons?

Looks just like my Buffs. Their tails turn down as well. I would question whether the other is a full Buff.

Oh, really? See, I know nothing about chickens still..lol. This is my first flock. The ones I've seen online seem to have somewhat of an upturn to their tail and they have white legs like the one on th right.

Could be a buff rock? Your right though, buff orps should not have yellow legs, they could of had some mixed breeding going on in there somewhere.
