Is this a cough

One of my girls was trying to go broody I took the eggs 2. And block her away from that area. Today I noticed that she may have a cough it almost sounds like a honk.
What can I do for her?
I had one do this before and found info here but I have forgotten what to give her and can't locate the post I saw before. Thanks for any help.
