Is this a "curly" button?

I tried to get a good pic but he doesnt sit still very well!

(reviewing...this pic is really bad...I will have to try again)

Also can anyone tell me what color he is? He is silverish if you cant tell from the pic. I also go a rescue the other day (most of my birds are!) Another person said that maybe he is a hybrid because of the ring around his neck. Do any of you have any ideas? THanks! Terri O

The top photo is a silver red breasted male but it has blue face in the genes as you can see more blue in there

The bottom photo looks like a Jumbo White/Texas A and M
