Actually one of my girls lays a tan egg. Yep, that is right a tan egg. And I am not sure IF that is the one who lays a green egg. I hatch out 2 of the green eggers. Knowing the male carries the egg color gene. Or so they say. I am getting alot of nice lite blue eggs from my EE's. Their just hatchery, aren't all EE's. But, my EE's so far lay my nicest blue eggs. I plan on not expanding my Ameraucanas till I have a Blue egg layer. So, I should know how much I want to keep raising them here in a month or so. lolol
