is this a dietary thing????

i was getting a huge dark brown egg from my BSL (7 months old) every day. the last week, they have faded to a light brown. is that normal?

In most birds as the laying season progresses the shell color lightens. After a molt when laying resumes the egg color is usually darker again. This is absolutely normal.
