Is this a drake

This is my two and a half month old pekin duck is that the beginning of a drake feather i cant tell

Yeah, that’s why I’m confused because it quacks like a hen It doesn’t whistle like a drake.

So again i think its tail might be curling it sounds like a female but look earlier it was higher
