Is this a good broody pen?

I set up a broody pen. I finally convinced my wife to let me hatch some fertilized eggs under our broody. I re purposed our old rabbit hutch and took the bottom of a planter and put it in with some straw. It's in the main chicken run.






She seemed to take to it. I'm going to see how she is in a couple days before I buy some fertilized eggs. Any suggestions?

Thanks. She's taking to it pretty well. When the other hens came back into the coop area she got up and puffed up at them. She stepped off the nest then saw the golf balls and went back down.

Cool, I am getting silkies and when they go broody I will give them fertilized eggs so they can hatch them. I can't wait!
