Is this a good incubator?

Is that a good price? Does it work in the US or does it need an adapter to plug it in?

The description shows the temp is measured in C* I'm used to fahrenheit but I'm sure I could adjust.,

I really really need more incubator space but I can't afford another Brinsea right now. And I don't want a styrofoam incubator. I'm trying to find the best for my money.
