We haven't bought any corn yet. Also, is 'shelled' the same as 'cracked' that I read about here? Thanks.

Shelled corn is simply the kernal of corn. Cracked corn is shelled corn that has passed through a roller mill or a hammer mill with a large screen.

The current price of corn in the Midwest is in the $3.50to $4.25/bushel range. A bushle is 56 lb.
