I have the same exact pair of geese. They are both Chinese geese. The brown goose looks like a female to me since she does not have the big knob on top of her head/bill. The white one looks like a gander since he has the big knob forming on top of his head. My brown chinese goose is a female also and is about 8 months old. She has started laying an egg every other day for about the past 4 or 5 weeks.

She is a female, not a gander. It is a hatchery African, which basically a brown Chinese with some African genes.

Oh ok this post was a while ago and I confirm THERE BOTH FEMALE WHOoOoO
I’ve watched them both lay eggs and they take turns so I get a goose egg everyday
