Just hatched this chick.I have a indie blue cock, a purple peahen, white peahen and a black shoulder peahen all in the same pen. Anybody know what this chick is?

I have to agree with Dany12 the pic is not one that tends to allow us to see any detail. When taking a pic of a chick or any bird it is helpful to us if you either take it at close range and or crop the pic to show detail. Better lighting is also helpful. Here is an example of a pic that shows detail.

Using the process of elimination your chick has to be India Blue. The cock is IB, the Purple hen cannot pass her Purple color on without a Purple cock, White is not a color, it is a pattern, and BS is also a pattern. So the chick is India Blue and is possibly split to Purple if it is a cock and out of the Purple hen, and split to white if it is from the White hen, and 50% chance of being split to BS if from the BS hen.
