Is this a leghorn bantam?

I got this chick from Tractor Supply. I think it is a roo. Is it a leghorn bantam or something else? It is about 5 weeks old.

It looks to me like a White OEGB cockerel.

We have 3 more but their combs haven't started turning red yet. That's why I thought it is a roo. And of course tsc couldn't tell me what they are.
