Just got this guy a couple days ago wanted to know if it’s Tom or a female

He’s Is putting his wings down at me and folding them forward like an older male turkey would
Sign of dominance. This can be done by either a male or a female. Adult hens can and do display just like adult toms.
 
He is displaying a lot of dominance around the other chicks
Dominant turkeys do that. I got a trio of young BBBs that one hen was the dominant of all three until they were around 6 months old. At that time the tom challenged her. They fought all day long for three days before he finally convinced her that he was the boss.
 
@OneMountainAcres has pics of a hen displaying at a very young age.

I would have to search through my pictures later but I have a hen named Princess that was displaying at one day old. She displayed a lot as a baby and I was certain she was a he.... nope, they all can and will display when young. Here she is from a week or so ago. She doesn't do it often anymore but she was frustrated with the toms lol
