I recently got this beautiful chicken but I’m not sure what breed this is, and if it a male or female? It’s about 3-4 months

Not sure on breed. Looks like it has some Lavender, maybe a mix.

I agree with what @Acre4Me said, it looks like it has some lavender in it. It’s probably not a purebred, but it’s beautiful nonetheless.

I was wondering why she looked like that too, but I just assumed they OP took the pictures when she was asleep or something.

My first thought about the breed and gender was "sick chicken".

She’s sleeping. It’s still early in the morning here

To be honest, that doesn't look like a well bird sleeping. I'd be worried instantly if I saw my birds asleep like that.
She should be opening her eyes when you approach, for a start. And that head angle & posture don't look good to me.
