Is this a New Hampshire Rooster?

So we have a rooster i believe is 6 months old but could be younger anyway does it look like a New Hampshire rooster i was told it was but i wasnt sure and it would be great if you could tell the age!

Perhaps. Hatchery grade, it is possible. Or it is simply a mix that resembles, somewhat, sort of, a New Hampshire.
It's a cockerel and it's a chicken and it'll crow.
