Is this a normal poop?

Hi everyone! My chickens are almost 8 weeks old and one of them let out this poop today. Is this normal? Also two of my babies are stretching up and lifting their wings when the poop sometimes. Is that also normal?

It looks like cecal poop to me, and it sounds like the chicks are behaving normally. If you see any signs of blood or lethargic chicks, post on the emergency/disease forum.
