Is this a Pekin bantam?

I'm new here on BYC,
can anyone tell me what breed these bantams are (could they be pekins)?
They are about 2 1/2 months old.

This is my smallest bantam hen.

they are, colour is brown red.

They are known in America and Canada as Cochins. It should be noted that this is the subject of some debate within the pekin/cochin breeders community.
yes you do,unless your talking to us here in America then its a cochin....
