Got this chick the other week and they said it was a polish frizzle. however its feet aren't fluffy, it has no fluffy bit on its head.
Its cone is already starting to develop. It is (they said also it was female but i suspect male) about1 1/2 weeks old
Apoligies that the pics aren't great but it might help.

Not a frizzle.

Polish don't have feathers on their feet anyways.

and it looks like it has straight comb. If so, it is not a polish at all or a mix.

ACTUALLY... it could be a frizzle, but straight frizz. He/she will still have the frizzle gene if it had a frizz parent. Not a polish, but doesn't mean it isn't a frizzle cross

Also, I have an EE frizzle who started out with straight feathers, then they turned upside down, and "she" is super frizzly now! She is now a little over a month old.

Here's a pic of her as a new born:

Hmm, didn't know that. So yes, it could potentially be a frizzle.

But that's not a Polish. If it was, you'd see some indication of a top-hat. It would be present even as a chick.

Here are some crested chicks. Pictures were taken at 4 days old, however they had their top-hats from day one.

This is a new photo of our chick. He is now 4 weeks old. You can see his size compared to the polish frizzle behind. He also has a long neck and relatively big wings. His comb is also a lot more pronounced. I am deffenatley thinking he is a boy, as for the breed i am still at a loss. Any one help with that?

It is not Polish. I dont even think it has any polish in it. It could have the frizzle gene, his feathers do have a bit of a weird thing going from looks of a pic, not full frizzling.

By the looks of that comb ( cockerel).
But a cute little boy.

No. Frizzle is incompletely dominant. If present it will show. The only way it will not show is if the recessive frizzle modifier gene is present in two doses, and even then it may show to some extent.

A pet quality polish might not have the vaulted skull, but it is a breed requirement, and would be DQed. However, if this chick has any polish in him, it is a tiny, tiny percentage. I do not know what he is, but do believe cockerel with that comb.
