Is this a Polish roo or hen?

What do you all think? It's starting to develop pretty prominent wattles in the past few weeks. It's a 16-week-old White-Crested Black Polish.

It seems to be the noisiest chicken in the coop too. I wouldn't call it crowing, but when I go out there in the morning, this is the chicken that squawks while the other ones are clucking.

Roo? If so, I may have to rehome... my neighbors specifically requested "no roos", and I wasn't looking to have any, either. I bought all pullets.

Thanks for any input!

My polish mixed hen has no wattles...but my polish mixed roo has much bigger waddles than that and a big comb on his head too. Also, they say in the polish world that the neater and more symetrical the doo, the more likely it's a hen. If the top knot is mussy, it's likely a roo.

Woohoo! I'm so glad this is a hen!

HER name is Freebie, and she was a little orphaned chick that someone forgot to pick up from the hatchery. When I went to pick up my order, she was so adorable that I asked the clerk if I could add her to my box. Happily, she went home with me, although they forgot to charge me for her... hence "Freebie".

I wasn't looking forward to rehoming this one. Thanks for the evaluation!!!
