is this a pullet or no?

got this chick on tuesday and am just wondering if she might actually be a he as it has a bigger comb then my other two chicks.







if a better pic is needed just let me know...hope this chick is indeed a pullet as i'm not allowed to have any roos here(city says no to roos)

too early to tell. some chickens grow combs faster than others even pullets. looks like your gonna have to play the waiting game for a few weeks.
