she is a barred rock pullet. But has stuff like a rooster. I already have a mistaken rooster and don't want another. She was said to be a pullet from professionals.

That is a rooster. You can tell because the white bars are wider than the black bars; the hackles feathers are male, and there are male saddle feathers clearly present. All of these features are things only males have.
