You'll probably need better pics before folks can help you...can't see much of anything through that wire. Saddle pic, face pic, and hackle pic would be great...
Are you seeing any skinny saddle or hackle feathers developing, or are they blunt and rounded???

saddle feathers are those just before his tail, hackle feathers are those at the base of his neck, spreading onto the shoulders, & a good pic of the face, showing the comb.

Comb looks a bit red but could be POL pullet. That tail is looking roo-ish to me to from what I can see. But better pics withouy the wire would help. My zoom freaked out trying to focus lol

Oh yeah...Angel had better eyes than I did, because that tail is def. roosterish! I see a lot of draping feathers at the saddle area too...so I'd say you got yourself a roo there...lol.

nooooooooo 3 roos and 1 silkie hen..... poor hen and those roos keep poping my ear off every morning

Looks like it's time for 1) a bachelor coop 2) soup 3) more hens before that poor silkie hen starts being harrassed like there's no tomorrow. A stressed hen is not a laying hen...
