Is this a Roo?

This one chick (3 weeks old) seems to be getting bigger than my other 7. The feet are bigger and it is a bit taller than the others as well. Do I have a Roo? It's a very friendly Easter Egger.

It's a little bit early, but I believe that may be a rooster.

No red that I can see. The wings are more white than the body.
