Is this a rooster?

hi, I am trying to determine if this Lavender Orpington is a rooster?

I have another Lavender Orpington too that I will post a pic of for comparison.

The chicks are 7 weeks old today.

First 3 pictures are of the one I think might be a rooster.

Next 3 are of the other one I am hoping is a female

I can’t have roosters where I live so I had a home for any roosters already lined up before I ordered chicks but I don’t want to give a sweet chick away until I am sure.

I’m unsure on the first, I’m thinking maybe pullet? Second one definitely pullet.

First one is not as clear as I'd like but with those wattles and relatively thick legs I's say boy. The second is a girl.

It’s interesting because I sent these pictures to the hatchery that I bought them from (Meyer Hatchery) and the person who replied said they still both look female to her too. And that we have to wait until 14 weeks old to be sure. So I guess I will wait for sure before giving her away too soon.
I did look into gender testing offered for chickens, but not sure if it’s worth it to even bother with it when I will know eventually anyway lol

That’s exactly what I thought. The wattles are making me wonder and I also think the same about the leg thickness haha
Maybe just a big legged girl!
