Is this a rooster

We have had our chicks for 3 weeks I assume they are about 4 weeks old this is the only one that is starting to get wattles I think it may be a rooster .

I am actually happy to have a rooster I was going to need one anyway so I would rather have one grow up together than have to introduce one
