Is this a rooster?

Can anyone tell me if we possibly have a rooster and what kind it may be? I think it's about 5 weeks of age by now.
I seem to be having issues uploading the picture. Tips, anyone?

Look at the little icons at the top of the Reply box. The icon with the mountains and sun(it's next to the film icon) is the photo upload, then browse for the picture.

I believe you have to have over a certain number of posts to upload photos. 10, maybe? I can't for the life of me remember how many, and can't find the forum rules, either.

I think that it was either my first post or a post less than 10, but I could already post pictures.I don't think there's a rule for it, but I may be wrong.

There's been quite a few people complaining about the uploading of pictures.. .. keep trying, I find it eventually works.
I'd have thought the admins would be onto it by now .....

I know, my response was to the op who started the thread . I was just pointing out sometimes the pics won't upload. I don't know if it's because my phones running off android software, but others have had problems to with the uploading of pics to.
As far as I know you can post pics as soon as because otherwise it wouldn't let me post any as I didn't post much before.
