Is this a Sapphire Gem?

Got her and her sister out of the sapphire gem bin at Bomgaars. Someone told me she's too dark to be a Sapphire Gem. Her sister is circled in the 2nd photo

They are really dark, but I think she's a sapphire gem. Especially since her leg are black while the toes are kind of orange. I've never had sapphire gems, but comparing her to pictures online, I think she is!
