Its hard to tell when they are chicks. Even if its a mutt it looks like it has some silkie in it.

Not all silkies have 5 toes. I have purebred ones that only have 4.

Looks like a Silkie to me. Silkies can have 4-5 toes. SOP is 5 toes but that doesn’t always happen.
