is this a silver death layer pullet or cockerel

Hi, I bought these yesterday and thought they were Silver Death layer pullets. Am i wrong

Not sure about what their breed is. But first one is for sure a rooster, if you have a pic of the other one that would be great.

Unfortunately, it's a cockerel. They're old and obvious enough that the seller probably knew they were not giving you pullets.

Judging by the saddles of the bird in the background, it's also a male.
