Is this a Speckled Sussex?

Hello,
I was told this little guy with the stripe on his back is a Speckled Sussex. His markings look a bit different than what I was expecting. If anyone could help clarify I would appreciate it. The picture quality isn’t the best unfortunately. Thank you!

Especially if those legs are yellow. Sussex have white legs.

I agree with the others that this looks like a golden laced Wyandotte, I have a golden laced Wyandotte and a Speckled Sussex chick right now and your chick looks a lot more like the former than the latter. My Speckled Sussex is the foremost chick in this photo, the light tan one with the chipmunk stripe:
