I think it looks like a girl.But you can never tell at this age I guess.
My RP is around 4 months old and we still kinda dont know if its a hen for sure.. but we are about 90%positive its a hen

When Eastern Wilds begin to feather out the males will have feathers tipped with black while the hens will have light tan tipping on the feathers.

I've noticed that the male poults tend to be more aggressive. Like when I would put my hand out, the male would come right to it and the hens would stay back. I also had a male poult actually strutting its stuff by the time it had feathered out. He'd actually point his wings down and tuck his chin in and strut just like the adult tom. Darling little guys!
