This is my 8 week old Ameraucana (sold as a pullet, but mistakes happen), it's tail feathers are slightly more irredecent green then my 12 week old EE pullets. Does anyone know if its a roo or pullet?

Easter Egger
They are the crossbred colored egg layers that hatcheries market and sell as pure Araucana and/or Ameraucana.
EE can lay any color egg and look like anything.
If it came from a hatchery or feed store it's not an Ameraucana, it's an EE
Araucana and Ameraucana can only be bought from breeders.

Yes, I know what EE stands for, I have 2 of them.

I just wanted to know why she said EE because it is totally off subject. I asked what the gender was, not the breed, which is Ameraucana by the way.
