Is this an early cockadoodledoo?

Hello there!

I'm caring for baby chicks and some of them have started making an interesting noise. Is this an early sign that they're cockerels?

The first one started at 5 weeks old after an alarm went off so I thought it was imitating the noise but a couple if days ago it started doing it again.. and two more followed! They're now doing it every morning.

Does it mean they're certainly cockerels? Or could pullets make similar noises?

They one in the video is the oldest at 7 weeks old, the other are 6 (photos are a week old):
