Yes. I have hatched some EE crosses from him. He's about 9 months old and very vocal.

Good. Didn't want to be insulting, but we have folks with identical looking birds who don't know it's a rooster. I'll bet he made pretty babies!

Not a problem. I'm a country girl from way back. We had buff orpingtons and silver spangled hamburgs or other typical country birds as a kid. Just got back into chickens after 30 years. I'd never heard of an Araucana or Easter Egger when I got this flock. I was trying to get it through my head what the difference was between tufts and muffs since I knew this fellow was rumpless and only has two tail feathers.

I have some young Araucanas that I hatched and was trying to figure out the differences.

Are any of his babies rumpless? I don't know anything about breeding rumpless birds, truthfully they look unfinished to me lol. And I kinda feel sorry for the rumpless roos, their tail is supposed to be their glory!

Easter Egger, he obviously has some Araucana in him because of his rumpless-ness.
