Is this angel wing or something else?

I rescued a duck a few days ago and I’m really worried about her wings. She can’t tuck them in well. I’m also worried she’s a jumbo pekin, I know they come with health problems. Not sure of age. I got her a buddy that’s 3 weeks old and she’s significantly smaller. I’m using waterfowl boost in one water and plain water in the second. Their feed is 18%. Thoughts?

Angel wing is caused by too much carbs like bread, it doesn't look like angel wing to me.
If she's a Pekin, just make sure she get extra niacin and she should be ok
