Is this angel wing?

Hey everyone!

I am posting this for a friend of mine, i dont have too much info, all i know is that this pekin 'duckling' is 6-7 weeks old and has something funky going on with the wings.

Any info and help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Looks like molting into another stage of feathers, birds go through 3 or 4 different sets of feathers from hatch to adult.

Thank you hopefully a few other people chime in for me as well!. I have never noticed any of my ducks having a stage where they looked quite like that, every duck ive watched grow from hatch has always had smooth, flat normal looking feathers
