I need help there is something wrong with the babies eyes? I don’t know what it is?

When the duckling hatched did it have goo on it's face that hardened? Do you have any Terramycin eye ointment? if not can you get some. It kind of make me think 3rd eye lid, So using the Terramycin for a couple days and see how it looks. Just put a thin line all around the outer eye this way it will seep into the eye but won't hinder the duckling from seeing. I have used it many times and it is very safe.
