Does anyone know? I'd like to get started on treatment soon if it is.

Perhaps, the skin may begin to start flaking, or appear yellow during the very early stages of bumblefoot, but this may also be seen with ducks that are walking on somewhat rough surfaces. If she were mine, I would check on her foot weekly to see if it's worsening at all before starting treatment.
