Is this bumble foot?

My Silkie roo began limping yesterday. At first I suspected an injury from when a stray cat chased him into my pumpkin enclosure last week and he couldn't get out. But I finally caught him (he's hard to catch) and took a look, and now I didn't know what I'm looking at.
His right claw is swollen in the pad and when I press on the middle of his foot, his toes don't curl around my finger like they do on the healthy foot. It doesn't feel warm to the touch either. But there is this little dark mark in the middle of the foot and I was hoping if someone who has experience with bumble foot can confirm that maybe that is what it is. I don't want to treat him for the wrong diagnosis.
Thank you all.

I was afraid of that. 😮‍💨. Now to watch videos of bumblefoot extraction.
If I soak the foot in Epsom salts, do I have to dry the Silkie's toe/foot feathers before wrapping his foot? Just a random thought I had in regards to his magnificent toe feathers.

I have Brahmas with feet feathers and I dry them all . I have a video I made of treating my Brahma hens feet.
