She looks very much like my Welsummer girls did at 4-5 weeks (and she is absolutely a she). They feathered out much faster than most of the others.

I wouldn't separate her from the others just because she's ready to go out. I made my big girls wait until the smallest was ready so the Welsummers were 8 weeks and the Sussex was 5. It was less traumatic for them to sleep away from the light than to be separated from their flock.

ETA: and they were HUGE compared to the other chicks with thick legs and bossy attitudes that fooled a friend who didn't know what they were into thinking I had a bunch of roos. But now (at 13-16 weeks), the larger breeds are all roughly the same size and their legs are proportionate to their bodies.
