Is this chicken a hen or rooster?

I thought it was a rose comb but then again I don't know and if I could I would get a pic of its face but I can't get close to it and my zoom is awful

Just look at some pictures of rose combs and you can tell

It definitely looks like a mix breed, sorry it always sucks when it happens to the bird you want to take to shows
