Is this cochin a pullet or roo?

These two cochins are absolutely adorable. I love all my girls, but these guys....

However I'm a little worried that the black one is not who she says she is. They were born on 2/17 so that makes them 7 1/2weeks. The white still has a yellow comb and almost no wattle. The black one is getting pinker and has a small wattle. What do you think - I can't keep a roo no matter how adorable.
