I have tried permethin spray, cleaned coop twice, gave them a bath in dawn dish soap, salt and rinse in vinegar water, just started ivermectin pour on and my girls still are agitated. losing feathers and scratching excessively.

More likely she's getting plucked or suffering from malnutrition that breaks off her feathers.
What's their diet? Anything drying or caustic they could into? Lime, DE, ashes?

this is on her tummy. all my hens are acting same way. I just put ashes in their dust bath today. this photo is from 3 weeks ago. I do not use DE. They eat organic crumbles from kalamouth, greens and sprouted wheat berries in afternoon. Two of my hens are losing neck feathers as well, not from plucking from other hens.

What's the protein on the feed? How much greens and fodder do they get a day?

I am postive it is not their diet. It is a parasite of some sort. this was taken before stick tight fleas were treated. they are gone. but i just saw the parasite closeup on her beak by the nostril. This is a mite?
