Is this diarrhea a concern?

Picture below, I just got these hens from a hatchery about 18 weeks old, I think they lived indoors overcrowded... Is this a normal stress diarrhea or something more of a concern?

It's probably stress but still normalish looking.

I'd get them some Hydro-Hen or another powdered probiotic for their water and give that every other day. If there are some digestive issues, that will help.
