Is this duckling ok?

Hello! A few hours ago a beautiful Black Swedish X Peking duckling hatched (the parents are on the profile picture but that's irrelevant haha) but it's been acting odd. Every once and a while, it flails it's head around and vomits. This is our first egg, so I'm not sure what to do. Is this normal? I have a video but I'm not sure how to attach it.

Does the duckling do this after is drinks? What is the color of the fluids? Does the duckling have access to water and food 24/7?

It has food and water, and the fluid is dark brown. I haven't noticed him doing it specifically after drinking.
