Is this "egg bound" or something else?

One of our hens, Orchid, is having issues. She has a bulge on her butt. It feels like there's an egg (or something solid) inside... The solid bit is only about a 1/3 of the size of the swollen bulge.

Is that "egg bound" or us it possibly something else?

How old is she and does she regularly lay normal eggs? Has she been getting her feathers pecked out, pecking them herself, or going through a molt? Her lower belly appears enlarged which could be a sign of internal laying/salpingitis or water belly. What do her poops look like? Have you seen any yellowurates or material in her droppings?

She's a little over 3 years old. She has not been laying regularly for a while now. (But most of our hens haven't been laying because of the ridiculously high heat here in Florida)

About 4 months ago, she got bit by something (spider maybe?) and she was walking around with her butt drooping, waddling like a duck, for quite a while... Lately she's been finally walking normally and has been close to her old self again and now this happened. Found her in this state this morning. It's not her whole belly, it's just a bulge about the size of an egg and has a hard lump inside it.

She seems to be walking around fine, though. She's eating and drinking normally. I don't know about her poop, but her vent area is clean. She has a lack of feathers on that area, and she's been like that since the bite 4 months ago.
