Is this egg fertile?

To me it looks like there is a bullseye but it doesn't really show up on camera. My polish roosters are almost 3 months so I think that they are too young.

How can you tell? I've never seen a fertilized yolk out of the shell? Is it a certain color or somethin'?

There’s a little “ bull’s-eye” looking thing that is white, it’s is called the blastoderm. And that’s where the chicks grow from.
